Misleading description - neither beachfront nor poolside rooms as described

I booked two poolside suites and the rooms provided had no pool view) nor was the hotel on beach road or beachside but is set back with another hotel in front. Very misleading description and fraudulent in my view. I spoke to the manager of the hotel who was totally disinterested in the issue and suggested I contact Agoda.

We stayed here for 4 nights. A very great hotel for a family stay. All the rooms have been well maintained. The sea view is also good. However, balconies are slightly packed and hence, good only for a sit out. Breakfast is in another building and hence one has to walk out into the adjacent building. Overall great experience and must stay

Stayed in one of the rooms with balcony facing the sea. The experience was ok, not fantastic because 1. Mouldy smell from the A/C unit in the room my entire duration of my stay. There was some clicky noise coming from the A/C but was quickly addressed by the housekeeping team upon me reporting the issue. 2. Sea view was partially obstructed by another hotel. Pity I did not get the room at the higher levels 3. Clumps of hair was found at the balcony, likely left by the previous guests 4. Bed too soft for comfort. 5. Only 1 small lift car to serve all the guests in the hotel. 6. Receptionist did not provide bag tags when I request to deposit my bags with the hotel to go for a quick lunch after checking out. They just told me to place the bag at a corner where there is a lot of human traffic.
